Firefox cannot find and display pages linked from a Quiz.  The solution at this time is to use Internet Explorer on your computer or move to another computer that has it, and use it on that computer.

How do I Create a Favourite to Moodle?

While viewing this page, find the Favorites Menu in Microsoft Internet Explorer at the top of the page (next to File, Edit, View, then Favourites).

  • After clicking on the Favorites button, you'll see a drop down menu.
  • Select "Add Favorite", and click OK. You've just created a Favorite!
  • You can return to the login page anytime by clicking on your new Favourite.
  • Click Favourites again, and choose "Assiniboine Community College Online Learning Site" to return to the Moodle login page.

About ACC

Assiniboine Community College's main campus is located in the east end of the city of Brandon, a thriving community in the southwestern part of Manitoba. The Brandon Adult Learning Centre offers adult upgrading in a downtown location. The college has a campus in Dauphin, Manitoba and regional training sites in Winnipeg, Russell, Swan River and Neepawa.

Please Note: Your Moodle account (ID and Password) is linked to your college network account. If your college account password expires, you will not be able to access Moodle until you reset your college password.

If you have difficulty logging into Moodle in the future, the first thing you should do is log into your college network account or MyACC and reset your password. This should allow you to log into Moodle once again. If you have lost your password, it can be reset by contacting Computer Help at 204-725-8700 ext 6765 or toll free at 800-223-5924.

Another item of note is that Moodle relies on cookies and popups throughout the courses. If you have Google, MSN, Yahoo or any other extra toolbar installed, they will probably need to be removed, especially for exams and quizzes to work correctly.
